Hi, I'm Dave Sly, DO. I'm a board-certified family medicine physician and a dedicated virtual primary care provider with Amazon One Medical. I completed my medical training at A.T. Still University and my residency at Quincy Family Practice Center through SIU College of Medicine. I’ve spent more than 30 years in family medicine, with the last five focused on telemedicine
I practice virtual primary care because I believe great healthcare should be easy to access and built around your life—not the other way around.
I enjoy helping patients understand what’s going on with their health so they feel confident, not overwhelmed. I believe prevention and small, consistent choices can make a big difference over time. My goal with every patient is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, being honest, and working together on a plan that truly fits you.
When I’m not seeing patients, you’ll find me getting outside, staying active, or spending time with my wife. I’m based in Arizona, and I love that virtual care allows me to stay connected with patients wherever they are. I grew up in the Midwest, and I still bring that straightforward, down-to-earth approach to how I care for people today.
