I am a whole healthcare provider interested in a prevention-based model of medicine. I am of the belief that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I have spent much of my career in community health centers, where I've gained a better understanding of the barriers that hinder healing, and how as a healthcare team, we can overcome them.

I am an avid runner, road biker, and triathlete. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, hiking, and rock climbing with my wife.
