I make it a point to be authentic in my sessions, which takes away the "formality" of therapy and invites healing. I sincerely believe that we all deserve to live the lives we envision for ourselves. Being the person who always has it together is mentally exhausting. Together, we will explore past and current challenges and traumas, learn new coping skills, and find new ways to live and heal. I focus on the complete human experience and emphasize a balance of the mental, physical, and social aspects of life.
How I stay healthy and happy
I listen to music, read, write and kayak. I go to the gym 4 days a week, meditate daily, and love cooking.
