Cindy McDonald
New York
I’m Cindy McDonald, MSPAS, PA-C, a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than twenty years of experience in urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, and women’s health. I believe healthcare should be clear, collaborative, and empowering. Open communication is key, and I strive to help patients make sense of medical jargon while becoming active participants in their care. I’m passionate about lifelong learning, which includes my work as a medical-legal expert witness, where I apply my clinical experience to help promote quality and accountability in patient care. Outside of medicine, I enjoy staying active outdoors, traveling, and learning about different cultures and the things that unify us all.
How I stay healthy and happy
I stay happy and healthy by keeping life active, balanced, and intentional. I love spending time outdoors — hiking, biking, kayaking, and exploring new places — and I’m currently adding running into my routine (still learning to like it!). I enjoy traveling, listening to live music, and meeting people from different cultures to discover what connects us all. When I’m home, you can usually find me cruising around Peachtree City in my golf cart, cheering on my boys at the baseball or football field, or never turning down a Starbucks run. I value the importance of self-care, recharging, and nutrition — all key parts of maintaining balance and bringing my best self to my patients. Staying active and grounded in my faith and community keeps me centered and energized in all areas of life.
