I believe in the benefit of merging Eastern practices with the science of evidence-based medicine to facilitate change. I use tools of meditation, visualization, and other mindful based practices to journey patients into a balanced mind, body, and spirit experience. By coaching holistically, I hope to get to the core of patient goals and allow that energy to enhance all the other areas of their lives. I enjoy getting patients excited about the future and help with zooming in on life purpose and stress and anxiety management.

I love taking meditative moments to myself and traveling to places where I can be in nature.
