I am a fiercely devoted provider who takes the time to listen to and get to know her patients, understand their health priorities, their challenges, and their strengths. I am passionate about helping people increase their overall wellness and resiliency through good nutrition, physical fitness, and attention to mental health. I am committed to utilizing current, evidence-based practice guidelines to ground my care and welcome partnering with patients who take a holistic, integrative approach to their care. I love the variety that primary care offers and feel privileged to accompany my patients in all life’s stages from childhood, through adolescence, the childbearing years, middle age, and in old age. I take a collaborative, open-minded, non-judgmental approach to all of my patients’ health and life challenges and am honored to work with patients of all cultures, beliefs, and communities.
How I stay healthy and happy
I spend time with my family outdoors, in nature, and on the water every chance I get! I love to sail, canoe, raft, hike, camp, take long road-bike adventures, bike commute, roller skate, and jog. I love to cook, travel, experience other cultures, and try new foods.
