Physician Assistant, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who undergo extensive practical training and board certification, and are licensed to practice medicine including the full range of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
I consider it a privilege to partake in the personal partnership that is the patient-provider relationship. I embrace the rich diversity of people and enjoy listening to and spending time with each unique person as I work with them to tackle a wide variety of health issues, including hormone conditions for both men and women, high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, heart, vascular, and kidney disease, and skin problems including the detection/prevention of skin cancer. My focus is on disease prevention and silencing its progression through both integrative and current evidence-based medicine by individualizing a goal-oriented plan as a team.
In my free time, I love outdoor adventures, crafting repurposed items, music, fine arts, learning new things, and finding tasty nutritious foods. Supporting both my local and global community while maintaining an active, diverse life balance with my family helps keep me happy and healthy.
