How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my six grandchildren. I love making memories while living life to its fullest. I find peace in helping others succeed. I would give my last piece of bread to a baker if it meant they ate well that night and went to bed happy. I would give my last penny to a rich man if it kept them honest. Life is what we make it, not just for us but all of us.
