Scottsdale
Physician Assistant, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who undergo extensive practical training and board certification, and are licensed to practice medicine including the full range of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
I enjoy creating personal connections with my patients to better understand their individual health and wellness goals. Using a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I focus on helping patients make practical lifestyle changes that support their long-term health, using medications thoughtfully when necessary. I am especially interested in preventative care including routine vaccinations, mental health, women's health, and chronic disease management. My areas of expertise include women's reproductive health (including IUD and Nexplanon insertions), mental health, menopause treatment (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) and sports medicine (joint injections).
To stay healthy and happy I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, gardening, traveling, being outdoors, and playing board games.
