I am passionate about health, wellness, and prevention to maintain the best quality of life for my patients. I am especially interested and skilled in women's health and diabetes management.

To stay healthy and happy, I enjoy doing yoga, riding my Peloton, hiking, watching movies, and experiencing other cultures through travel. And of course, cuddling with my two French bulldogs.
