I have been a Nurse Practitioner for 8 years specializing in Family Practice and Senior Care. How I stay healthy and happy
I practice self care by prioritizing regular pampering days. These days help with relaxation. I enjoy creating and decorating, especially during the holidays. I also enjoy listening to fiction audible books. All of this things help me to stay happy and healthy.
