How I stay healthy and happy
I stay happy and healthy by exploring new cultures especially through food. It’s something I connected with early in childhood, growing up surrounded by the rich traditions of my Haitian heritage. That passion has taken me around the world, as I travel to as many countries as I am able each year to learn, taste, and connect. I’m also an avid hiker and cyclist, which is part of what drew me to Colorado’s beautiful outdoors.
