I take a holistic approach to care by taking the time to learn about each person and understand their illness within a larger context. I like to educate and guide my patients to empower them to take an active role in managing their own health. I'm especially passionate about preventive care.
To keep myself healthy, I like to go for walks, hike, and swim. In my free time, I also enjoy finding new recipes to cook, reading about places to travel, and watching movies.
