As a therapist I consider it an honor to navigate life alongside my clients and enjoy creating a therapeutic space that is warm, compassionate, and empowering. My approach is an eclectic blend of therapeutic perspectives, evidenced based practices, and environmental considerations tailored to address your individual needs. I am passionate about therapy being a collaborative process and often incorporate mindfulness based techniques, thought exercises, practical problem solving, curiosity, and humor into my sessions. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) which allows me to assist you in exploring how past experiences may be impacting your current functioning. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, work/school stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief support. My hope is that our work together will facilitate self-discovery and healing, allowing for greater enjoyment of your everyday experiences.
How I stay healthy and happy
In my spare time I am often found at music events, trying a new restaurant, exercising, playing with my dog, or spending time outdoors. I equally enjoy sharing moments of laughter, adventure, or a simple cup of coffee with my loved ones.
I received my MSW (Master of Social Work) Degree from Loma Linda University.
I do not hold any active board or national certifications.
