As a provider, I strive to create a trusting relationship with each of my patients so they feel comfortable communicating their health issues and goals. I use an integrative medicine approach to help patients make informed decisions regarding their health. I take particular interest in preventive health, women's health, and the importance of mental health in one's overall wellness.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy gardening, cooking for my loved ones, traveling to national parks, hiking, paddle boarding, and practicing mindfulness.
