Brett London, DO
Berkeley
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I am Brett, a Bay Area native and compassionate provider who focuses on healing the body, mind, and spirit. I use Education: and collaboration to encourage patients to engage in their health. My comprehensive approach to primary care incorporates evidence-based medicine, complementary therapies, and gentle osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). I also teach creative visualization techniques to help manage stress and anxiety.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures through their food and history. To stay healthy, I meditate and participate in outdoor activities like hiking, running, and soccer.
