Hi, I'm Brenda (she/her). I am an open and affirming therapist who has experience working with a wide variety of individuals who are wanting to better manage the impact of mental, physical and spiritual health struggles. My background includes a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). I am a WPATH Certified Member and a WPATH Mental Health Mentor. I am in process of beoming a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner (BSP) and am EMDR trained. I look forward to meeting with you!||My services are inclusive meaning I work with everyone and exclude no one. I offer a non-judgemental, empathic and understanding environment which allows for exploration of what you really want in life. How I stay healthy and happy
I have a passion for people, culture, art and music. I enjoy nature walks and being near lakes, rivers, beaches. My hobbies are classic cars, crafting, upcycling, fiber arts.
