I believe the best form of health care is a partnership in which I provide the tools and empowerment for each person to make informed decisions about their own care. I am passionate about preventive health, helping navigate through complex care management, and overcoming chronic conditions in a way that provides each patient with the best chance at health and well being.

How I stay healthy and happy
I greatly enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter. We have a small hobby farm complete with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, birds, and fish. We love to travel and explore the world.
