I became a primary care provider to connect with my patients and develop long-standing relationships built on trust. I work to achieve this in each visit and to help patients better understand their own bodies and healthcare needs. I love collaborating with each person to determine the best plan of action based on their unique priorities and goals. I have a special interest in women's & reproductive health and mental health.

To stay healthy and happy, I enjoy reading, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling as much as possible. I stay active with yoga, Zumba, and hikes around New England.
