About Ashley
Ashley collaborates with her patients to deliver the highest-quality care through the use of evidence-based medicine and preventive care. She strives to engage people in their health through education and particularly enjoys discussing prevention and exercise as medicine.
To maintain her own health, Ashley loves to do yoga, which centers the mind and body, improves strength and flexibility, and reduces stress. She also spends time cycling, hiking, and running. In her free time, she provides monitored exercise programs for cancer survivors through the YMCA Livestrong Program. Ashley earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She's board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
