Annie Chan, FNP-C

Annie is a patient-focused provider who empowers positive change through education and preventive care. She takes a collaborative approach to medicine, connecting with each patient on a personal level to make health decisions that fit their unique lifestyle. She is an avid runner who stays healthy by practicing yoga and cooking with nutritious ingredients. In her free time, she enjoys trying unique cuisines around the city, traveling to new places, and volunteering. She graduated from Elon Univeristy and Columbia University, and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
