I am proud to practice quality evidence-based medicine in an individualized way which creates a trusting partnership between myself and my patients. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, educating my patients about their conditions and empowering them to be the healthiest version of themselves. I have special interests in preventative care, women's health, adolescent health, and managing chronic conditions.
How I stay healthy and happy
Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my family and taking long walks with my dogs. I enjoy hiking and the outdoors, travelling and exploring new adventures with my husband and family.
