I stay happy and healthy by spending time with my family, traveling, and enjoying time outdoors. I love exploring new places, finding small adventures, and unwinding with a good book or a creative craft project. These moments of connection, creativity, and relaxation keep me feeling centered and allow me to bring a calm, caring presence to my patients.
