I am a strong believer that therapy is a collaborative process. Every person is unique and I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients to share their story, learn new coping skills, and let go of things holding them back. I especially enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. I like to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in my approach to help people.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love spending time with my family. I love water, so any beach is my happy place. I like to spend time outdoors, going on a hike with my family, and baking.
I got my degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine
