As a family physician, I love taking care of patients of all ages in the context of their family and community. My primary goal is to combine my evidence-based allopathic medical training with my additional lifestyle medicine training to provide patient-centered care by creating a safe space for my patients to ask questions and discuss concerns about their health and wellness. I'm particularly interested in the areas of women's health (I am a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner), preventive medicine, patient education, assisting in lifestyle changes, de-prescribing, pediatrics, and senior care..
I stay happy and healthy by advocating for my patients outside of the exam room through my work as a board member of the Orange County Chapter of the California Academy of Family Physicians, the California Academy of Family Physicians Foundation Board of Directors, and the California Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors. I also enjoy strength training and spending time with my husband, family and friends discovering new places to eat.
