I am a board-certified nurse practitioner providing primary care for adult patients. I focus on disease prevention and early, thorough evaluation of signs and symptoms to ensure important diagnoses are not missed. I provide evidence-based care for both acute and chronic conditions, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s individual needs. Whenever possible, I emphasize lifestyle, diet, and exercise as key components of long-term health. My goal is to provide thoughtful, collaborative care that helps patients stay healthy and supports lasting well-being.
How I stay healthy and happy
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling , cooking, watching movies and spending time with my wife and our bulldog, Bruce. I stay active by going for walks, playing basketball, and heading to the beach.
