I have been a licensed clinical psychologist since 1998 and have worked with adults and seniors for many years. My style is sensitive, warm, non-judgmental and problem focused. I believe that it is important to set at least one goal during our first visit. This will allow us to partner together to find solutions and strategies to bring you relief. I use a biopsychosocial approach, which recognizes the importance of addressing the interaction between physical, psychological, and social factors in both the prevention and management of disease.

How I stay healthy and happy
I try my best to keep the right balance between work and recreation, but must admit I have trouble at times. I enjoy gardening, socializing with friends and trying out new cooking techniques and recipes.
