My hope as your psychologist would be to help you uncover the root causes of your struggles while discovering what is preventing you from experiencing authentic happiness and a deep sense of meaning in your life. My style of therapy is relatable and accessible with a focus on connection and collaboration. My specialties are childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, work-life balance, relationship dynamics, climate anxiety, and grief recovery. I can also help you with improved communication, parenting skills, and life transitions using my training and experience with a variety of practices including mindfulness, self-compassion, non-violent communication, expressive arts, and nature-based healing. My clinical work draws from Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory, Eco Psychology, and Depth Psychology.
How I stay healthy and happy
My health and happiness are a daily practice that includes cooking healthy meals, exercising, studying astrology, gardening, spending time in nature, and taking walks with my dog Clementine.
