My name is Ana and I am a compassionate, focused, and experienced provider with over 10 years practicing as a PA in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine in both North Carolina and Texas. I highly value the time I get to spend with each patient and strive to support my patients through every aspect of their health. I focus on evidence-based medicine, while utilizing my previous experience to treat each person individually. I believe in strong communication and fostering a solid relationship with my patients that helps them feel confident in their health. Each experience is one we can learn from. I appreciate the opportunity to grow and share my knowledge.
How I stay healthy and happy
I have found that finding a balance between activity and down time are of the utmost importance. In my free time, I am most likely spending time with my family - one of our favorite activities are board games. Additionally, I am an avid lover of vegetable gardening and baking or cooking and have recently taken up running again.
