I enjoy working closely with my patients to develop individualized treatment plans and to take the time to build long-lasting relationships. I aim to educate and collaborate so each individual can participate in shared decision-making and take charge of their healthcare. I encourage a more natural, holistic approach to treatment and am passionate about weight loss, preventative health, and managing chronic conditions. I strive to promote patient-centered care, health, wellness, and evidence-based practice and aspire to work with individuals nationwide.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, cooking, and traveling.
