I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Provider in Washington since 2016, and I've kept learning along the way. I use several therapy techniques including acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and compassion work, neuropsychology, attachment theory, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Most importantly, I work from a trauma focused lens to help you attune to your needs and provide comfort in the present moment.

How I stay healthy and happy
I love to read and usually have several books going at once. I love living in the pacific northwest with my wife and our very spoiled fat cat.
