I am a trauma-informed therapist and use a variety of mindfulness-based, emotion-focused approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy to help clients cultivate self-compassion and acceptance, process negative or traumatic experiences, and move towards more preferred ways of living. With warmth, curiosity, and creativity, I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and concerns. I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, relationship issues, and depression.

I like to cook, travel, garden, read, write, make art, and be outside.
