About Alexia
Alexia feels effective listening and communication with patients is essential to empowering them during health challenges and creating a partnership to pursue health goals. She enjoys being presented with symptoms and asked to pursue solutions. She’s passionate about helping people with weight loss, diabetes, high blood pressure, and hypothyroidism.
To stay healthy and happy, Alexia enjoys distance running, ballroom dancing, playing the piano, reading, fruit and vegetable gardening, and following a vegetarian diet. She and her son, husband, and dog spend time outdoors no matter the weather: camping, cycling, doing snow sports, and puddle-stomping. Alexia earned her master’s degree as a physician assistant from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. She’s board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
