Aftab Qazi, MD, MBA is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. He emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions to help individuals and families achieve their best health. Dr. Qazi completed his family medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria and earned his medical degree from St. Matthew's University. In addition to his medical training, he holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, equipping him with a strong foundation in healthcare management and systems-based care.
