1. Will I be able to stay as a patient on my PCP’s panel?

   Yes! Our priority is making sure current patients stay with their current provider. After Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC formally transitions later this fall, you will be able to login to the One Medical platform and officially designate your provider as your PCP. Before that time, rest assured, your spot will not be available to any new patients not currently on that provider’s panel.

2. Do you have any family pricing offers?

   At this time membership is $50 per person for the first year for anyone in the family.

3. Can I see my primary care provider (PCP) before fall 2023?

   Yes! You can continue to book appointments with Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC as usual through November 6. Please note you may experience reduced appointment availability during the transition. After he transitions to One Medical on November 13, you can use the One Medical app or website to book appointments with him and send messages through One Medical.

4. Can I use One Medical before November 13, 2023?

   We’d love to have you as a One Medical member before the formal transition. While your provider won’t yet be available for appointment booking through the One Medical app until November 13, 2023, you’ll have full access to all of One Medical's services: 24/7 on-demand care over Video Chat at no extra cost, prescription requests through our app or website, and more.

5. Will my provider have the same hours?

   Your current provider’s hours should remain unchanged through the transition period: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Please note you may experience reduced appointment availability for Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC during the transition. If you are using One Medical before Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC joins on November 13, you will also have access to One Medical providers.

6. What are One Medical's hours?

   One Medical hours at the Bellevue-Lincoln Square office are Monday, Thursday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. However, members can access our medical team 24/7/365 through on-demand Video Chat, Treat Me Now, and messaging.

7. What if I need a specialty care referral?

   One Medical has health system partnerships in Seattle, which gives members easy access to world-class specialists. Of course, you can also choose to see a specialist of your choice.

8. Can I continue to see Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC for chiropractic care?

   Absolutely! To see Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC for chiropractic care at One Medical, you can just book a regular appointment through the website or app and simply include “chiropractic” in the reason for appointment.

9. Do you offer pediatrics?

   Yes, One Medical will offer care for both adults and children. Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC and One Medical providers will see ages 14+ at the Bellevue-Lincoln Square office. For patients under 14, One Medical Kids care is offered at our Ballard office where Michael “Mick” Graham, MD is currently accepting new patients.

10. Why is there a membership fee?

    Because One Medical offers services and benefits that go beyond what insurance covers, there is an annual membership fee. You don’t need to purchase a One Medical membership to continue seeing your provider, but this fee allows One Medical to provide an exceptional experience that simplifies the way patients get care. To make this transition easier for The Lake Bellevue Clinic patients and ensure seamless continuation of care, you’ll receive an introductory rate of $50 (normally $199) for the first year with code MDUNN50.

11. Will you still accept my insurance?

    Yes, most likely! One Medical accepts many of the same plans that The Lake Bellevue Clinic does. Please visit our insurance page to confirm. If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact The Lake Bellevue Clinic for resources for alternative care.

12. I'm on Medicaid. How should I transition my care?

    For patients on Medicaid (and not Medicare dual eligible), please contact The Lake Bellevue Clinic at (425) 243-7658 for information on alternative care
