Mila takes a holistic, big-picture approach to practicing medicine. She emphasizes the importance of exercise, nutrition and psychosocial wellness as key aspects of a person's health. Mila regards the patient-doctor relationship as a partnership and empowers her patients to reach their health goals. As a family physician, Mila enjoys caring for families and individuals of all ages. She has special interests in Women's Health, LGBT care, and Integrative Medicine. She also offers contraceptive procedures (such as IUD and Nexplanon placement) as well as minor skin procedures in her clinical practice. As a former fitness instructor, Mila stays healthy by exercising outdoors, practicing yoga, and cooking nutritious meals with locally sourced ingredients. Outside of work, she enjoys creative pursuits like playing piano, singing, dancing, and filmmaking. She is fluent in French and is happy to see patients who are fluent speakers. She graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a Master's of Science and earned her medical degree at St. George's University. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
