I enjoy partnering with patients about the health issues and goals important to them, and empowering them to make the right health decisions for them at that moment in time. I’m especially passionate about preventive health, helping people manage chronic health conditions, and the importance of mental health in overall well-being. I love seeing whole families and taking care of babies, teens, and in-betweens! I also have an added interest in HIV management, LGBTQ+ care, and addiction medicine.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love going to the beach, going on long walks with my family, enjoying time with my husband and two little girls, and listening to podcasts and music. I also enjoy playing music on the piano as well.
