When we go out for a night on the town, most of us are thinking of finding the place with the best prices on happy hour drink specials, or the whether we’ll be too tipsy to make it home safely if we have that second Old Fashioned. Calories in our favorite drink don’t usually come to mind. But perhaps they should, especially if you’re watching your weight.

We created this chart to help you know how many calories and carbs your favorite drinks are packing, and how many minutes of exercise you would need to do to work each of them off. No matter what type of libation you choose, please drink responsibly. Cheers!
