1. Will I be able to stay as a patient on my PCP’s panel?

   Yes! Our priority is making sure current patients stay with their current provider. After Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC formally transitions later this fall, you will be able to login to the One Medical platform and officially designate your provider as your PCP. Before that time, rest assured, your spot will not be available to any new patients not currently on that provider’s panel.

2. Do you have any family pricing offers?

   At this time, the first year of membership is $50 for patients of Matt Dunn joining One Medical. Currently we do not offer family pricing.

3. What are One Medical's hours?

   One Medical hours at the Bellevue-Lincoln Square office are Monday, Thursday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. However, members can access our medical team 24/7/365 through on-demand Video Chat, Treat Me Now, and messaging.

4. What if I need a specialty care referral?

   One Medical has health system partnerships in Seattle, which gives members easy access to world-class specialists. Of course, you can also choose to see a specialist of your choice.

5. Can I continue to see Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC for chiropractic care?

   Absolutely! To see Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC for chiropractic care at One Medical, you can just book a regular appointment through the website or app and simply include “chiropractic” in the reason for appointment.

6. Do you offer pediatrics?

   Yes, One Medical offers care for both adults and children. Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC and One Medical providers will see ages 14+ at the Bellevue-Lincoln Square office. For patients under 14, One Medical Kids care is offered at our Ballard office where Michael “Mick” Graham, MD is currently accepting new patients.

7. Why is there a membership fee?

   Because One Medical offers services and benefits that go beyond what insurance covers, there is an annual membership fee. You don’t need to purchase a One Medical membership to continue seeing your provider, but this fee allows One Medical to provide an exceptional experience that simplifies the way patients get care. To make this transition easier for The Lake Bellevue Clinic patients and ensure seamless continuation of care, you’ll receive an introductory rate of $50 (normally $199) for the first year with code MDUNN50.

8. Will you still accept my insurance?

   Yes, most likely! One Medical accepts many of the same plans that The Lake Bellevue Clinic does. Please visit our insurance page to confirm. If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact The Lake Bellevue Clinic for resources for alternative care.

9. I'm on Medicaid. How should I transition my care?

   For patients on Medicaid (and not Medicare dual eligible), please check with your plan for alternate in-network providers and request that medical records be sent to your new provider.

10. Will the new location have parking?

    For your first visit, we recommend allowing an extra 15 minutes to park and find our office.

    There is free parking in the Bellevue Square garage across the street:
    Park in the garage just south of Red Robin on Bellevue Way NE. After parking, cross Bellevue Way and enter Lincoln Square South at Fogo de Chao. Take the escalator to level 2 and follow the Office Elevators signs. Pass Nordstrom Rack and the food hall, then take the elevators on the right to the 22nd floor.

    There is validated parking up to 90 minutes in the garage in our building:
    Drive on NE 4th St. from 106th Ave. NE toward Bellevue Way NE. Turn right onto 105th Ave. NE into Lincoln Square South. Turn immediately into South Parking and park. Take any elevator to Sky Bridge & Office Lobby (level 2). Pass Nordstrom Rack and the food hall, then take the elevators on the right to the 22nd floor. 11. How is my private health information protected?

    One Medical will only use and disclose your personal health information in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. Providers who treat you will typically have access to your medical records. For more information about One Medical HIPAA privacy practices, please see their HIPAA notice. 12. What is the relationship between One Medical and Amazon?

    1Life Healthcare, Inc. (“1Life”) is now a subsidiary of Amazon. 1Life is the administrative and managerial services company for the affiliated One Medical physician-owned professional corporations that deliver medical services. 1Life and the One Medical professional corporations do business under the "One Medical" brand. The Amazon transaction does not change the ownership of the One Medical professional corporations. One Medical members can continue to count on One Medical for the high- quality care and high-level of service they receive. Amazon does not have access to your patient data by virtue of the acquisition. One Medical continues to operate as a separate entity. Amazon and One Medical’s patient data remains separate. One Medical will not share your patient data with Amazon for retail marketing without an express authorization from you.

13. Who has access to my medical information?

    One Medical is committed to protecting the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI). Necessary One Medical staff will use and disclose your personal health information in connection to your treatment, payment for your care, and our healthcare operations. All of our employees and physicians are required to maintain the confidentiality of PHI and receive appropriate privacy training.
