Michigan native Paul N. Lindenfeld chose to go into primary care because he feels he is most effective as a healer when he has the opportunity to develop relationships with patients over time. He believes One Medical Group has a fresh approach to primary care that respects and maintains the face-to-face relationships between patients and providers. Paul is compassionate, thorough, and an attentive listener. Strong relationships are at the core of his practice, and he believes he is most helpful as a provider when he can develop a deeper understanding of his patients as whole people, rather than addressing their symptomology alone. Paul maintains an active mindfulness meditation practice and enjoys working with patients who also have an interest in meditation. Paul likes to hike to stay fit, and in his spare time, he’s a musician and avid volunteer—he even leads a monthly ukulele group that performs at a Redwood City nursing home. Paul completed his medical school training at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is ABIM-certified.
Note: sees patients age 18 and older.
