I love working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. I’m passionate about delivering care that is high quality, compassionate, and individualized to each patient. I enjoy learning my patients' life stories, building relationships over time, and partnering with each of them to set and achieve their healthcare goals and achieve balance in their lives. I like to do this with a straightforward, holistic approach with a light-hearted touch to decrease the stress and anxiety too often associated with healthcare visits.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love to travel, especially internationally, with my family. I treasure whatever free time I have to spend time with my husband and our two children, run outdoors, and eat good food -- and if I really have time -- I love losing myself in a good book on the beach.
