Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
About Niharika
Niharika is a Bay Area native who strives to form long-term relationships with patients through open communication and working collaboratively with patients. She incorporates evidence-based medicine with understanding patients’ personal goals to create individualized care. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, hiking, and spending time with her family. Niharika attended the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania and completed her residency at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in New York. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
