Samantha takes a comprehensive, whole-food-based approach to nutrition. She enjoys explaining the science behind how food affects our bodies on a cellular level and is adept at translating this knowledge into actionable dietary recommendations. Samantha has particular expertise in weight loss, pre-diabetes and diabetic care, digestive disturbances, and heart health. She earned her master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle and has additional certificates in Adult Weight Loss Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
