Arlene is a collaborative provider who works with patients to help them improve their health in a way that resonates with their personal beliefs and culture. She is fluent in Spanish and happy to see patients who are native speakers. To stay healthy, Arlene eats nutritious foods, swims, gets plenty of rest and relaxation, and relieves stress with laughter. She enjoys working and building things with her hands and spends her free time creating functional ceramics, gardening, and making Lego replicas. She graduated from the UCSF School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
