About Aileen
Aileen Kucsera loves the variety of primary care and the opportunity to connect and establish relationships with her patients. She joined One Medical Group because of the focus on building patient relationships, the mission to redefine primary care, and the dynamic, collaborative work environment. Aileen’s practice style is caring, compassionate, understanding, and evidence-based. She always takes the time to listen to patients, make them feel comfortable, and allow them to play active roles in their healthcare. Aileen particularly enjoys working in areas of preventative medicine, healthy lifestyle counseling, chronic disease management, adolescent medicine, women's health, and infectious disease management. To stay healthy, she enjoys yoga, biking, hiking, dancing, eating healthy, and trying out new recipes. In her spare time, she also loves to travel, and thanks to her father’s role in the Air Force, she’s lived in New York, Scotland, Maine, England, Spain, and South Carolina. Aileen has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a mentor for at-risk youth, and has also been on three mission trips to Central America as a medical provider. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, and earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Aileen is NCCPA-certified, and she is fluent in Spanish.
