Primary Care, Naturopathy
Careful, thoughtful, and empathic, Olayinka values the ability to form close relationships with his patients and focus on the full spectrum of their health. His practice style is collaborative, working with his patients to develop a strategy to achieve their health goals. He has a special interest in the treatment of diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension. Olayinka earned his MD from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine, with a focus on integrative medicine, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee. He is board-certified in Family Medicine.
Given her adolescent and young adult medicine training, Stephanie Adrianse is particularly focused on caring for patients from age 14 - 40. She listens attentively to patients and collaborates with them on their care plans. Stephanie particularly enjoys treating conditions related to young women's health, including contraception and gynecology, mental health, teen health, and preventive health. To stay healthy, she loves walking, hiking, swimming, and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. In her spare time, she loves traveling and reading, and she even credits two members of her book club for recommending she work at One Medical. She also volunteers with the Adolescent Health Working Group. Stephanie attended Rice University for her undergraduate education and University of Texas, Houston for medical school. She completed her internal medicine residency at Columbia University/Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, and completed the adolescent and young adult medicine fellowship at UCSF. She is ABIM-certified.
Jennifer focuses on fostering strong patient-provider relationships, establishing individualized treatment plans, and encouraging patients to take an active role in their health. Jennifer has a strong foundation in both emergency and international medicine. Cumulatively, these experiences allow her to thoughtfully craft a balanced practice style that utilizes a broad base of clinical knowledge. Jennifer earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and is certified through the NCCPA.
Rob Pandolfe initially entered the primary care field in order to build long-lasting connections with patients. At One Medical Group, he’s able to prioritize high-quality care and practice his own balanced, integrative style to help patients thrive mentally and physically. He strives to be a trustworthy, nonjudgmental listener and provide patients a safe space in which they can talk openly about healthcare concerns. Rob has a strong interest in men’s health, but also enjoys working in areas of sports medicine, fitness, nutrition, LGBT issues, and more. To stay fit, he lifts weights, hits the soccer field, and practices Pilates. In his downtime, Rob loves scuba diving in tropical waters and relishes the opportunity to catch a glimpse of underwater wildlife. In the past, he has completed international medical relief trips to the Dominican Republic. Rob completed his undergraduate education at the University of Miami in Florida, and earned his MHS in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Rob is NCCPA-certified.
Drawing on her conventional and naturopathic training, Erica practices truly integrative medicine, incorporating nutritional supplementation, prescription medication and botanical medicine into her practice. After completing her undergraduate studies at Oberlin College, Erica went on to earn her ND (Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine) from Bastyr University in Seattle and completed a post-doctoral Family Nurse Practitioner program through Seattle University. She has experience with a wide spectrum of patient care needs and is certified through the AANP.
Nutrition and Lifestyle
Samantha takes a comprehensive, whole-food-based approach to nutrition. She enjoys explaining the science behind how food affects our bodies on a cellular level and is adept at translating this knowledge into actionable dietary recommendations. Samantha has particular expertise in weight loss, pre-diabetes and diabetic care, digestive disturbances, and heart health. She earned her master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle and has additional certificates in Adult Weight Loss Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Dan practices a unique blend of conventional and holistic medicine, drawing on his extensive experience with integrative techniques like healing touch, guided imagery and yoga. By fostering an understanding of the deep connections between body, mind and spirit, Dan seeks to help every patient unlock his or her own innate healing ability. He received his MD from the Hahnemann College of Medicine and completed his residency in family practice through UCSF. Dan is a fellow of the Wilderness Medical Society, is a clinical instructor at UCSF, and is certified with both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Holistic Medicine.
Jenny-Viva practices integrative care with a repertoire that includes mind-body medicine, energy psychology, nutrition counseling and emotional freedom techniques. By facilitating the identification and elimination of core issues and limiting beliefs, she enables patients to transform themselves and attain healthy, vibrant, joyful lives. Jenny-Viva earned her medical degree from UCLA, completed her family medicine residency at UCSF, and has pursued extensive training in alternative medicine. As a compassionate family physician, Maureen combines considerable medical knowledge with a careful listening ear, collaborating with patients and partnering with them to work toward their health goals. She has extensive expertise in the treatment and prevention of HIV and Hepatitis C and has a special interest in women's health issues, pain management and preventive care. Having earned her MD from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, Maureen went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine. She has been practicing primary care since 1986 in a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, abroad in Ethiopia and Liberia and most recently for the San Francisco Department of Public Health. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
