There is a paid parking garage at 75 Howard, right next to the building. (The garage is not affiliated with either One Medical or our building.) Otherwise, street parking is also available.
Our Spear Street doctor's office is at Spear and Howard. The building has a Starbucks on the ground floor. Unfortunately, bikes are not allowed inside the building, but there is supervised parking in the garage below.

Meera, who grew up in the Bay Area, always puts the health and wellness of her patients first. She believes less is more when it comes to health care, preferring natural remedies and watchful waiting whenever possible. She carefully discusses all treatment options with her patients to help them achieve optimal health. Meera has volunteered her time providing medical services to victims of trafficking and sexual assault. She enjoys spending time with her family and finds balance by practicing yoga, running and reading. She attended the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed her residency at George Washington University. Meera is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Katie Wolf, a California native, entered primary care in order to gain a better understanding of all aspects of patient care. She believes One Medical Group has created a solid foundation for providing the most effective, up-to-date, and patient-centered care through numerous forms of communication and access. Katie strives to create a comfortable environment for patients where they feel involved in their own care plans. She respects each patient’s personal view of how to approach their health and tailors her treatment plans accordingly. She is an avid runner and she also enjoys hiking, yoga, baking and traveling. Katie volunteers with Back on My Feet, an organization that promotes fitness, commitment, and empowerment for men living in transitional housing. Katie completed her undergraduate training at UCLA and earned her PA degree at George Washington University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Warm and empathetic, Jess enjoys working collaboratively with patients to achieve their personal health goals. By striving to offer an open-minded, relationship-centered approach to primary care, he creates individual care plans tailored to each patient’s concerns. Jess received his bachelor’s degree from Smith College and his master's from UCSF. Jess has special interests in HIV disease and transgender health. He is board-certified through the AANP.
David creates an attentive rapport with his patients using an evidence-based and holistic approach to treatment. He is particularly interested in patients with musculoskeletal injuries, concussions, and in using fitness for health promotion. As a sports medicine specialist, David focuses on maximizing the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle while avoiding injuries. He received his master's in public health from Emory University and his doctorate of medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine. David completed his residency and chief residency in internal medicine at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, and his Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. David is board certified in internal medicine and sports medicine.

Spencer practices relationship-centered primary care, blending a traditional sensibility with up-to-date clinical knowledge and a strong focus on disease prevention. He enjoys getting to know his patients well, educating and empowering them to participate in health care decisions. Spencer completed his residency training at UCSF and practiced primary care, urgent care, sports medicine and adolescent medicine throughout the Bay Area before joining One Medical Group. He is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
Compassionate and collaborative, Rebecca is skilled in making patients feel heard and providing them with effective care grounded in evidence-based medicine. She is adept at caring for a range of health issues, particularly Women’s health and urgent care needs. Rebecca earned her master’s in the family nurse practitioner specialty from UCSF. Rebecca is board-certified in family medicine through the AANP
