Nutrition is the cornerstone of Siri Chand’s medical practice. She believes that health is linked directly to diet and that making healthy food choices is the best preventive measure for short- and long-term medical issues. Siri Chand is an avid cook and stays healthy by making nutritious vegetarian meals and snacks and practicing yoga. She enjoys connecting with patients and developing long-term relationships over time. She creates a collaborative atmosphere where patients feel engaged and comfortable discussing their health concerns and goals. Siri Chand attended Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. Note: sees patients age 18 and older.
