Niru is an energetic, hands-on provider who gives patients the tools and knowledge they need to take ownership of their health. She emphasizes preventive medicine and seeks to understand how a patient's cultural background influences their health. Niru has extensive experience in treating women's health issues, from irregular menstrual cycles to osteoporosis, as well as the management of HIV infection and AIDS. After earning her master’s in nursing from the Columbia School of Nursing, Niru went on to provide comprehensive primary care at a busy New York clinic. Prior to that, she worked as a registered nurse at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center and an HIV primary care clinic. She is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner through the NCC.

Putting excellent patient care first and foremost, Paul makes efficient use of technology, allowing him to spend more time listening to his patients' needs and collaborating with them when making medical decisions. He is an experienced primary care provider with expertise in HIV and hepatitis treatment. A graduate of Rutgers University, Paul completed his Physician's Assistant training and master's degree at Philadelphia University. He was most recently the Director of Clinical Care at the William F. Ryan Community Health Network in New York and has been practicing family medicine as a Physician's Assistant since 1999. Paul is certified through the NCCPA and is also a certified HIV specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Seanna explores the connections between the health of the mind, body and spirit, using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to activate her patients' natural healing processes and increase their quality of life. She puts patients at ease with her lighthearted manner, and helps restore a sense of normalcy for patients who feel out-of-balance. After earning her master's in social work, Seanna spent several years as a medical social worker at St. Luke's Hospital in New York before going on to receive her master's in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She gained extensive experience by practicing at her own private acupuncture clinic before joining One Medical. She is certified through the NCCAOM.

As a psychiatrist with an integrative focus, Ellen believes mental well-being is powerfully influenced by sleep, exercise, thought patterns, relationships, nutrition, spirituality and creative outlets. She incorporates a variety of modalities into her psychiatry practice, including acupuncture, yoga philosophy, breathing, and relaxation techniques in conjunction with conventional treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and psycho-pharmacology. Ellen believes mental health is fundamental to primary care and treats a range of health issues, from panic disorders to bipolar illness and ADHD to fibromyalgia. After graduating from Yale University, Ellen earned her MD at Columbia University and stayed on to complete an internship at Columbia University Medical Center. She began her postgraduate training at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center and completed her residency in psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a mental health counselor, Kristen enjoys getting to know her patients deeply, encouraging their growth and helping them develop the insight needed to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. She primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in her practice, listening to her patients and then providing feedback focused on constructing solutions for everything from relationship issues to anxiety disorders. After earning her master's in counseling psychology from College of St. Elizabeth, Kristen developed her skills providing individual and family therapy in both the private practice and hospital settings. She spent several years as an oncology counselor and also managed her own private practice for six years before joining One Medical.
