Who's covered
If you’re enrolled in the Traditional Medical Plan, Banner|Aetna HMO, or Cigna HMO, you and your covered dependents receive care at no cost (excluding lab work that may be referred out to LabCorp), in select Arizona offices listed below.
If enrolled in the Advantage+ health plan, your annual deductible and coinsurance will apply for in-office and scheduled remote services other than annual physicals and qualified preventive care. Once the deductible is met, you will receive care at no cost to you in the select Arizona offices listed below for the rest of the plan year.

In-office and remote visits
Whether in person or over video, if you’re enrolled in the Traditional Medical Plan, Banner|Aetna HMO, or Cigna HMO, you and your covered dependents receive care and services at our Arizona offices at no cost.

Wellness visits or physicals
Boeing medical plans cover the full cost of one physical or wellness visit every calendar year (excluding preventive lab work that may be referred out to LabCorp), as well as age-appropriate screenings. Deductibles do not apply for qualified preventive care.

Any care you get over on demand video chat, Treat Me Now, and messages is included in your membership at no cost to you.
